Tuck It Away!

This watercolor image was rendered using two colors, Ultramarine and Burnt Sienna. These two colors are opposites in hue and temperature. The energy they create when applied together is lively. This piece measures 6"x8" 

The Signal

The Signal. In June, I plein air sketched the Will James Cabin Southeast of Billings. I liked the composition and lighting. I took my idea back to the studio but was bored with only the cabin and bush. I loved the lighting on the cabin so I added a character to liven up the scene. Watercolor 6"x8" Summer Artwalk in August.
